A Journey of Enthusiastic Persistance

Once upon a time, in a quaint village nestled between rolling hills, lived a young and aspiring inventor named Mia. Mia was known throughout the village for her boundless enthusiasm and her insatiable curiosity about the world around her. From an early age, Mia had a dream—to invent something that would make life easier for everyone in the village. She started by attempting to create a water-powered contraption to carry heavy loads, but her initial designs were met with failure. Undeterred, Mia tinkered, adjusted, and tried again, learning from each setback. As the years went by, Mia's workshop became a hub of activity. The villagers watched as Mia's experiments sometimes resulted in small explosions or amusing mishaps, but her enthusiasm never waned. She faced failure after failure, yet her optimism remained unshaken. One day, the village announced a grand innovation fair, inviting inventors from neighboring towns to showcase their creations. Mia was determined to seize this o...

The Power of Master Mind

The Power of Master Mind

The Driving Force

The Ninth Step Toward Riches

The power of master mind
Mastermind group as a select group of people who work together to help each member of the group overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
The term was first coined by Napoleon Hill, author of Think and Grow Rich. Hill defined the “Master Mind” as a “coordination of knowledge and effort, in a spirit of harmony, between two or more people, for the attainment of a definite purpose.”
Power is essential for success om the accumulation of money. Plans are inert, without sufficient power to translate them into action. This chapter will describe the method by which an individual may attain and apply power.
Power is required for the accumulation of money! Power is necessary for the retention of money after it has been accumulated!
Let us ascertain how the power may be acquired. If power is "organized knowledge", let us examine the source of knowledge.

  Infinite intelligence:-

This source of knowledge may be contacted through the procedure described in another chapter, with the aid of creative imagination.

Accumulated experience:-

The accumulated experience of man may be found in any well-equipped public library. An important part of this accumulated experience is taught in public schools and colleges, where it has been classified and organized.

Experiment and research:-

In the field of science, and in practically every other walk of life, men are gathering, classifying, and organizing new facts daily. This is the source to which one must turn when knowledge  is not available through "accumulated experience." Here, too, the creative imagination must often be used.
The "mastermind" may be defined as: "Coordination of knowledge and effort, in a spirit of harmony, between two or more people, for the attainment of a definite purpose. Mastermind group will here explain two characteristics of the mastermind principle, one of which is Economic in nature and the other one is Psychic. The economic feature is obvious. Economic advantage may be created by any person who surrounds himself with the advice, counsel, and personal cooperation of a group of men who are willing to lend him wholehearted aid, in a spirit of perfect harmony.
The psychic phase of the mastermind principle is much more difficult to comprehend. You may catch a significant suggestion from this statement: "No two minds ever come together without, thereby, creating a third, invisible, intangible force which may be likened to a third mind."
What are the Benefits of a Mastermind Group?

There are many benefits of being a part of a mastermind group including:
Benifits of Master mind
  1.  Support: you have a group of other people to help you succeed.
  2. Ideas: other members of your group give you new ideas, different perspectives, and critical feedback. My favorite ideas are when other members of the group explain what’s currently working best in their businesses; and you can then just apply this to your business with great success.
  3. Resources and connections: members of your mastermind group will each have their own Rolodexes and can introduce you to people and resources that will help your business grow
  4. Partnerships: oftentimes you will find other business owners in your mastermind group in complementary businesses that you can work with to collectively grow.
  5. Quick learning curve: members of your mastermind group will possess skills and ideas that may have taken them years to develop; and they can often share them with you in a matter of minutes.
  6. Accountability: your mastermind group keeps you inspired and accountable, so you achieve your goals.
    There are so many examples of a mastermind group in our real life, some of them are;
In England, a mastermind group of writers and poets included CS Lewis, JRR Tolkien, Charles Williams, and Owen Barfield among others. Two classic works of literature emerged from this group: The Chronicles of Narnia and The Lord of the Rings.
President Theodore Roosevelt started a mastermind group during his presidency. Roosevelt was only 42 years old when he became president (the youngest age ever for an American president). He needed help working with many of the other politicians who were much older than he, and turned to his mastermind group for this guidance, support, and help.
And finally, my favorite historical mastermind group was called “The Vagabonds.” It included Henry Ford, Thomas Edison, President Warren G. Harding and Harvey Firestone (founder of the Firestone Tire and Rubber Company).
Man's brain may be compared to an electric battery. It is a well-known fact that a group of electric batteries will provide more energy than a single battery.
The brain functions in a similar fashion. This accounts for the fact that some brains are more efficient than others, and leads to this significant statement-a group of brains coordinated(or connected) in a spirit of harmony will provide more thought-energy than a single brain, just as a group of electric batteries will provide more energy than a single battery.

We have already mentioned Mahatma Gandhi.
The father of nation mahatma gandhi
Let us study the method by which he attained his stupendous power. It may be explained in a few words. He came by power through inducing over two hundred million people to coordinate, with mind and body, in a spirit of harmony, for a definite purpose.
In a brief,  Gandhi accomplished a miracle, for it is a miracle when two hundred million people can be induced-not forced -to cooperate in a spirit of harmony. If you doubt that this is a miracle, try to induce any two people to cooperate in the spirit of harmony for any length of time.
When two or more people coordinate in a spirit of harmony and work toward a definite objective, they place themselves in position, through that alliance, to absorb power directly from the great universal storehouse of infinite intelligence. This is the greatest of all sources of power. It is the source to which the genius and every great leader turn (whether they may be conscious of the fact pr not).
Power, when successfully used in the pursuit of money must be mixed with faith. It must be mixed with desire. It must be mixed with persistence. It must be applied through a plan, and that plan, and that plan must be set into action.
Maintain perfect harmony between yourself and every member of your mastermind group. If you fail to carry out this instruction to the letter, you may expect to meet with failure. The master mind principle cannot obtain where perfect harmony does not prevail.
